ENO and Omni are independent systems. They integrate seamlessly when used together. Neither is built on the other.

The operating business

Not every company here is software. ENO Wine Group is a real-world wine business, held separate from the platform that shares its name.

A California wine operating company, built to bootstrap through real revenue.

ENO Wine Group LLC is a California operating company for real-world wine business. It is separate from the ENO platform.

ENO Wine Group carries out the physical work of wine. Sales, consulting, private tours, events, Napa Valley experiences, and hospitality, with future DBAs and the eventual acquisition and ownership of wineries.

Universal intellectual property

The group’s intellectual property is owned by the parent and protected as a universal asset. It is ownership and protection, not a shared system everything must run on.

Value created anywhere in the group is held centrally, so it is not lost and cannot be quietly carried away. The ventures stay independent. What the parent holds is the intellectual property and the shared foundations behind them.
