It is a natural assumption that Omni is the infrastructure beneath ENO. It is not. ENO and Omni are independent systems, and the distinction is deliberate.
ENO is a global wine platform, built on a geospatial wine index. It can operate entirely on its own. Omni is an industry-agnostic, headless business platform that businesses can self-host, run privately, or deploy to the cloud, and it has nothing intrinsically to do with wine. We built it that way on purpose, so the technology could serve businesses across industries rather than being cornered inside a single one.
The two integrate seamlessly when used together. But each is valuable alone, and each is built to stand on its own. That independence is not an accident of architecture. It is a principle.
