Venture Independence

Each venture is built to be a complete, independent thing. It can become its own company when investment, liability, regulation, or operations require, without breaking the whole.

Build every venture to stand on its own.

Independence is a design principle here, not an afterthought. A venture that can only survive inside the group is fragile. A venture built to stand on its own is strong whether it stays close to the parent or steps away from it.

Independent by design

ENO and Omni are the clearest example. They are separate systems that integrate seamlessly when used together, but neither is built on the other, and each is valuable alone. That independence is deliberate.

Independence with a home

When a venture needs to become an independent company, the parent allows it. Ownership, capital, and doctrine keep the group coherent, but no venture is trapped inside it.
